Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Promo Duck!

We value your feedback and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days from the date of shipment, to be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be in good condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • We will not process any refund or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
  • Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • In case you received free shipping for a certain amount of purchase, and you return one of the items that makes you lose the free shipping benefit, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount. This includes the cost of delivery and return.
  • In case the amount of returned items is below the free shipping threshold, you will only have to pay for the return shipping cost.

 

Some products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, such as:

 

  1. Personal care items (Accessories, nail clippers, brushes, etc.)
  2. Cosmetics, perfumes, body splash, bags, pillows, u pillows, and sunglasses.
  3. Inner wears (bras, boxers, socks, slippers etc.)
  4. Personal use items (such as cups and bottles, etc.)
  5. Sale items or gift cards.
  6. Items damaged by the customer's fault or negligence.

- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

To return an eligible item you ordered:

In case of return / exchange you shall contact us on  +20 114 933 1558  attached with photo of the items and order confirmation receipt.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days, excluding bank holidays. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to your original delivery address unless you specify otherwise.

Note: Pre- approval should be received before returning the items.
